What is the big ordeal? That is what they scowl. Why can’t you just forget about our negative past and live in right now?? Well, because whether positive or negative, the past is profound. Because in different forms, the ills of the past continue to happen right now. Because I have a right to remember history as much as descendants from different lands. I have a right to teach our history to present generations. Also teaching that knowing is half of the battle and a torch must be passed on. The plight for human rights must be continued strong. As long as some believe their stories are more important and hiding the truth and fanning the lies so that stories become distorted, There will be an ordeal. There will be hurt that needs to heal. There will be injustice to kill. And if there is no one who will stand up for it…I WILL.
